Cancellation *

Unless otherwise stated in writing, I understand that my membership will automatically renew at the end of each term and that 30 day notice is required before each renewal for cancellation or downgrades. Months are not prorated and cancellation will take effect at the end of the monthly term following the one during which notice is given.

I understand that I am expected to keep an updated credit card on file at all times and agree that this card may be used to pay for membership dues, late fees, meeting room usage, printer usage, and any other additional services used at The Urban Hive. I understand that I may deposit a check on my account, the funds of which will be debited before charging the card, if I choose to.
